So you're interested in becoming a patient...that's great! To start the process, all you have to do is call our office at 845-744-2420 and set up a time with our receptionist. She will be happy to assist you in finding the best time to schedule your first appointment. You can even fill out your initial paperwork on our web site.
On the first appointment, we'll need you to fill out a couple forms that will help us understand your problem more fully. Once you're done, you'll meet with Dr. Zwart and he'll spend between 30-60 minutes with you. During this time a review of your pertinent history will be covered, a Chiropractic examination will be performed, and x-rays may also be needed.
Following the consultation and examination, you'll be asked to set up an appointment for the earliest date possible (preferably one or two days later).
